Virtual attendant for a veterinary clinic and pet shop

At the clinic, the AI books the appointment and notes the species and the symptom, without diagnosing. At the pet shop, it notes the order and sends it to the team's WhatsApp.

Silhouette of a dog next to an appointment schedule and a bag of pet food with an order on WhatsApp.

A veterinary clinic and a pet shop share the phone but do not share the work. One wants an appointment time. The other wants food, medicine they already have a prescription for, or a bath.

Clinic

The AI books in the schedule when the person asks for an appointment, vaccine or follow-up. It asks the guardian's name, the animal's name, the species and a short summary of what is happening. That summary goes to the team. It does not say what the animal has, does not recommend medicine and does not classify clinical urgency. If the person describes something serious, the script says to notify the team right away and advise seeking care, without giving an opinion.

The guardian receives confirmation and the day-before reminder on WhatsApp.

Pet shop

Bath, grooming and products follow the order path. The AI notes the service or item, repeats it and sends it to the WhatsApp of whoever handles it, with the link to call. Price and deadline are confirmed by the team, as in the snack bar. Medicine only goes into the order if the person already knows the name and the script allows noting it. The AI does not recommend doses.

You can have one number for the clinic and another for the store, on the same account. Each costs R$ 399 per month, with 500 minutes.
