How to request deletion
You can request the deletion of your personal data and your Combot account at any time. Simply send an email to contato@combot.com.br with the subject "Data deletion", informing the email registered on your account.
If you connected your company's WhatsApp, also inform the number, so that we can remove the associated service data.
What is deleted
Account registration data (name, email, phone);
Contacts, conversations and service messages;
Bot settings, AI knowledge base and integrations;
WhatsApp connection credentials and tokens (stored in encrypted form).
Timeframe
We confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. Some records may be kept for a mandatory legal period (for example, tax and billing data), in accordance with applicable legislation.
Accounts connected to Meta
The official WhatsApp connection is made through Meta's platform. When you delete your data in Combot, we remove the connection tokens and settings on our side. Management of your WhatsApp Business account with Meta remains under your control on Meta's platform.
