At the salon, whoever answers the phone puts down the scissors. The client in the chair waits, and whoever called often just wanted a Saturday haircut appointment.

With scheduling, the AI answers that call. It knows the services you have set up, the duration of each one and each professional's schedule.

How booking works

  • The person says the service: cut, blowout, nails, beard, coloring.
  • The AI offers the available time slots for that service, already with the right duration. A 40-minute cut does not fit into a 20-minute gap.
  • If the salon has more than one professional, it asks who they prefer, or offers whoever is available, according to the script.
  • The person chooses. The AI repeats and books it.

  • Confirmation goes to the client's WhatsApp, and the team receives the notice with the phone number.

The day before, the reminder goes out. The person replies confirm, reschedule or cancel. This reduces empty chairs on Saturday.

What stays with the team

Hair dye color, chemical treatments and "can it look like the photo" cannot be resolved over the phone if they are not in the salon's text. The AI notes the request and sends it to the professional. Price that changes because of hair length is the same: if the script does not fix the amount, it does not guess. It says the team will confirm.

The number costs R$ 399 per month, with 500 minutes. Anyone booking a dentist or a repair shop uses the same path, described in scheduling for clinics and repair shops.
