"24 hours" doesn't mean the AI makes up the company's business hours. It means someone answers the call when the store is closed, and does only what you authorized for that time.

Four paths outside business hours

  • Book. The calendar still applies. The person picks a time the next day and gets confirmation on WhatsApp. Useful for dentists, salons, repair shops, and gyms.
  • Take an order. The closed snack bar can decline the order, or accept it for the next day, if the script says so. The order goes to the team's WhatsApp. The team confirms the timeframe.
  • Inform. Opening hours, address, what the company does. No prices or availability that aren't in the script.
  • Message only. The AI says it's closed, notes the name, phone number, and subject, and sends it on WhatsApp. The team follows up when they open.

What the person hears

The voice is Gemini's, in Portuguese. The person speaks, interrupts, asks again. It's not a "press 1" menu. Each call appears in the dashboard with a summary.
