Virtual attendant for hotels and inns: the reservation request arrives complete

The AI records the date, number of people and room type and sends it to the reception's WhatsApp. The team is the one who confirms the daily rate and the vacancy.

Simple inn facade next to a phone and a card with check-in and check-out dates.

Small hotels and inns answer the phone at reception, which also handles check-in. The reservation call asks for the date, how many people and whether breakfast is included. If no one answers, the person books somewhere else.

What the AI notes

  1. Check-in and check-out date.
  2. Number of adults and children.
  3. The room type you described in the text: couple, double, family.
  4. Name and phone number.
  5. Whether the person has any question that is in the text: breakfast, parking, pets, arrival time.

The summary goes to the reception's WhatsApp, with a link to call. The guest receives a copy and the message that the team confirms the vacancy and the daily rate.

What it does not confirm on its own

Combot does not see the hotel's room map. If that availability is not written in the day's script, the AI does not say "we have a vacancy." It takes down the request. Reception confirms the price and availability on WhatsApp, the same way the snack bar confirms the order deadline in attendant for snack bars.

You can use the calendar to schedule the arrival time or a visit to see the inn. The room reservation still depends on reception's confirmation.

Anyone calling in the middle of the night reaches the AI, if you leave the number on. The number costs R$ 399 per month, with 500 minutes.
