Virtual attendant for a real estate agency: the visit gets booked and the agent receives the case
The AI notes whether the person wants to buy or rent, the neighborhood and the price range, books the visit in the schedule and sends the summary to the agent's WhatsApp.

At a real estate agency, the phone is the first contact for someone who saw a sign or an ad. If no one answers, the person calls the next sign.
The virtual attendant takes that first contact. It does not replace the agent on the visit. It reaches the agent with the case already noted.
What the AI asks
- Buy or rent.
- Neighborhood or region, however the person says it.
- Type: house, apartment, office.
- A price range, if the person wants to give one.
- Name and phone number.
- A visit or call-back time, if the agency's schedule is open.
The summary goes to the agent's WhatsApp, with the link to call the person. If a schedule has been set up, the visit goes into the available time slot. If not, the AI notes the time request and the agent confirms. It does not choose a specific property that is not written in the agency's text, and does not promise that the key is available.
What not to promise
"That apartment is still for sale" can only be said if it is in the script or in the system you connected. An outdated ad is the classic mistake. The safe path is to note the interest and let the agent confirm availability.
The question script follows the same spirit as how to write the service script. The number costs R$ 399 per month, with 500 minutes.
