Virtual attendant for repair shops: the defect arrives noted down

The AI notes the device, brand, defect and whether it is under warranty, books the visit or drop-off and sends the case to the technician's WhatsApp.

Phone with a tool next to it, a phone being answered and a card with brand, defect and visit time.

A cell phone, appliance or computer repair shop loses calls while the technician has a device open. Whoever calls wants to know if that brand can be fixed and when they can bring it in.

What the AI notes

  1. The device and the brand.
  2. The defect, in the person's own words.
  3. Whether the person thinks it is under warranty.
  4. Whether they will bring it to the store or need a visit.
  5. The neighborhood, in the case of a visit.
  6. Name and phone number.

If the calendar has a bench or visit time, it offers what is open and books it. The person receives confirmation on WhatsApp. The technician receives the summary and the link to call.

Without a calendar, it does not promise a day. It sends the request and the team confirms.

Repair price

A quote without seeing the device is a guess. The script puts this in writing: the AI shares the diagnostic fee if you have one, and says the repair price comes after the technician looks at it. Parts and arrival time also stay with the team, on WhatsApp.

The same care not to promise a price the store has not seen yet is in auto parts. The number costs R$ 399 per month, with 500 minutes.
