Virtual attendant for telecom operators and internet providers

At the provider and the telecom operator, the AI looks up the customer in the system when the number points there. Without a system, it informs, takes a message or opens the calendar.

Combot team

A signal tower next to a phone and a bill with Pix, representing a provider's customer service.

Those who search for "telecom operator attendant" generally want the same thing a regional provider wants: the person calls, gives their CPF or the problem, and leaves with a 2nd copy of the bill, the connection status or an appointment. At Combot this depends on where the number points.

When the number points to the system

In the panel, under who answers the calls, you can choose the company's system.

!Screen Who answers the calls: Combot AI or the company's system. No key and no address. App Ora is the most common case: the Combot key goes into App Ora and the call starts using the training and actions from there. The voice remains Combot's.

In practice, the AI looks up whatever the system returns. At a provider this includes finding the customer, sending the 2nd copy of the bill with Pix to the caller's WhatsApp, checking the connection, releasing on trust and opening a ticket. SGP follows the same kind of path. The detail of each action is in AI phone for providers and in SGP integration.

The 2nd copy doesn't go to any number the person dictates. It goes to the caller's WhatsApp. This is explained in 2nd copy of the bill via WhatsApp.

When the number doesn't point to the system

Without an ERP on the call, the attendant uses what's in the Combot account:

  • Inform what you wrote: plans, cities served, store hours.
  • Take down the case and send it to the team's WhatsApp, with a link to call back.
  • Open the calendar and book a technical visit or in-store service, in the slots you made available. The calendar guide is in scheduling by phone.

The AI doesn't make up an invoice, signal or ticket number if the system didn't respond.

What the team keeps doing

Installation, equipment replacement and complaints the system can't resolve stay with people. The attendant takes the repetitive items off the queue: bills, "is it paid?", "is the internet down?", "I want a plan".

The number costs R$ 399 per month, including the number and 500 minutes. The industry page is Combot for providers.
