Virtual attendant for pharmacies: hours, product and message without recommending medication

The AI provides the hours and records the product the person asked for. It does not recommend medication, does not discuss dosage and sends the question to the pharmacist.

Pharmacy cross next to a phone and a message with a product name, with no dosage recommendation.

The pharmacy serves at the counter and on the phone at the same time. The most common call is short: "are you open?", "do you have this product?", "do you accept prescriptions?".

What the AI does

It provides the hours, the address and what is written in the text: delivery yes or no, insurance if you listed it, what is needed to pick up an order. If the person asks for a product by name, the AI records the name and sends it to the team on WhatsApp. The pharmacy is the one who confirms whether it is in stock. The AI does not check the shelves on its own.

What it does not do

It does not recommend medication for symptoms. It does not discuss dosage. It does not say whether a medication "works for" something. It does not read test results. When that is the question, the script replies that the pharmacist will call back, records the phone number and sends the message.

Prescriptions and patient names are sensitive data. Ask only for what is necessary for the team to find the order and handle it as set out in LGPD in customer service.

Night shifts are a good use: the AI answers, informs whether the store is open and records what it cannot resolve. See 24-hour virtual secretary. The number costs R$ 399 per month, with 500 minutes.
