Virtual attendant for accounting firms
The AI books document drop-offs, notes the question and sends it to the accountant's WhatsApp. It does not give tax advice or promise tax deadlines.

At an accounting firm, the phone mixes long-time clients asking about taxes with new people wanting to open a company. The same assistant who is entering invoices is the one answering.
The AI separates the two cases and delivers the summary to the office's WhatsApp. It does not replace the accountant.
Client who is already with the firm
The AI asks for the name or the company, notes the question in one sentence and the callback phone number. It does not say whether the tax is paid, does not calculate penalties and does not promise a deadline for an obligation. That comes from the office's system, with the accountant. The message arrives on WhatsApp with the link to call back.
If the matter is dropping off a document, and the calendar has a drop-off time, it books it. The client receives confirmation on WhatsApp.
New company
The AI shares what you wrote: which services the firm offers, the city, the hours and what to bring to the first conversation. It books that conversation in the calendar or notes it for the team to call. It does not quote a fee that is not in the text.
Data
Tax documents and CPF should not be dictated in full over the phone if they are not needed to find the client. Ask for the minimum and leave the rest to the channel the office already uses. The care is in LGPD in customer service. The parallel with law firms, which also cannot give legal opinions, is in service for law firms.
The number costs R$ 399 per month, with 500 minutes.
