SGP for internet providers

A provider that uses SGP (TSMX) connects Combot to it, and WhatsApp and the phone start resolving the most common everyday requests on their own.

• 2nd copy: the customer enters their CPF and receives the amount, due date, Pix copy and paste and barcode.
• Trust release: reconnects for a few days the internet blocked for late payment (the rule for days and times per month is your SGP's).
• Connection status: says whether it is active or blocked and guides you step by step.
• Billing schedule: invoice notices before and after the due date.

   Generate the token in SGP

   In SGP: Administration → Tokens → Add token. Name it combot and copy it.

   Paste it into Combot

   In Integrations → SGP, paste the SGP URL, the token and the app. Save and activate.

   Test

   Use Test connection with a customer's CPF.

   Activate the provider bot

   In Bots → Start in 1 click, activate Internet Provider.
