Security and privacy (LGPD)

• Each company only sees its own customers, conversations and bots.
• Passwords and keys are stored encrypted.
• Each person on the team sees only what their role allows.

To delete customer data: in Settings → Privacy (LGPD), the owner types EXCLUIR and confirms in Delete customer data. Before that, export whatever you want to keep in Customers / Leads.
