Recover abandoned cart (Shopify)

For Shopify stores: when someone starts a purchase and doesn't finish, the AI calls the person, reminds them of the cart and helps them complete it. Part of the Bot with AI plan.

   Connect your store

   In Cart recovery → Connect your Shopify store, follow the step-by-step: in Shopify, go to Settings → Notifications → Webhooks, create the Checkout creation and Checkout update notices (JSON format) with the address shown.

   Adjust the calls

   On the number's page, in Call for abandoned cart: how long to wait, how many attempts and at what time to call.

   Test

   Use Test without waiting for Shopify → Add to queue.

In Queue and history you follow each cart: In queue, Calling now, Call made, Recovered or Could not be completed.
