Each number has 500 minutes per month. The number's page shows Minutes this month, and you receive a WhatsApp notice at 80% and at 100%.
- Pause: on the number's page, Pause makes it stop answering. Activate turns it back on.
- Cancel: Cancel number. If you cancel within 30 days, you can choose to get your money back: we refund what you paid, minus the cost of the number at the carrier and the days used. After 30 days there is no refund.
