Clients / Leads: funnel and follow-ups

Every contact becomes a lead with name, phone and interest. Mark follow-ups and export.

Anyone who chats on WhatsApp or calls automatically becomes a lead, with what the AI collected. See it in Funnel or in List.

  • Status: New, Contacted, Qualified, Customer or Lost.
  • Set follow-up: Tomorrow, In 3 days or In 1 week. On the date, mark Done or Postpone 1 day.
  • Export: download the list as CSV, ready for Excel.
