Business hours and after hours

   Turn on the hours

   In Business hours, check Answer only during business hours and fill in the days. Apply Monday to Friday copies the same hours.

   Choose the after-hours behavior

   In When they call after hours: play the after-hours message (recording) and hang up, or have the AI answer, take the message and send it to your WhatsApp.

   (Optional) Your own words

   In Message in your own words, write the recording's message. Without it, it says the company name and the hours in full.

Example recording message: “Hello! This is an automated message from Pizzaria Bella. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM. We reopen tomorrow at 8 AM.”
