The standard way is via QR Code. Combot serves on the same number your company already uses, without changing numbers or installing anything.

Open WhatsApp by QR Code
In the side menu, under Channels.

Create the channel (first time only)
In Add new channel, give it a name (e.g., Sales) and add it.

Generate the QR Code
Click Connect / Generate QR Code and wait for the code to appear.

On your phone, open Linked devices
In WhatsApp: Settings → Linked devices → Link a device.

Point the camera at the code
In seconds the status changes to Connected. Done.
